Birth Certificates Required for All PAL Participants prior to Registration

Birth Certificates are required for all PAL participants. The registration system requires the birth certificate be uploaded for all children on your account regardless if they are active or playing in the upcoming season. As you are registering for spring sports you will need to ensure your profile is up to date with the birth certificate uploaded for all children. Log into your account and click the edit icon next to each child, you will need to scroll down to the child's date of birth and upload the birth certificate in the box below their date of birth. PAL does not retain these records and these are deleted upon verification by the system.

Birth certificates are required for all PAL participants regardless of prior PAL participation and with the new system integrated mid 2016 this will only be required one time for the current registration system.
