Meridian Police Activities League Inc. (Meridian PAL ) a 501c3 non-profit youth recreational sports organization in Meridian, ID. Meridian PAL offers opportunities for youth in Meridian, ID to play with friends, develop leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork, as well be active and healthy. Meridian PAL baseball, flag football, and soccer are among the best youth sports programs available in Meridian, Star, Eagle, Kuna, and Boise. 

All Meridian PAL coaches are volunteer coaches who are certified through a national background check as well as the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), making Meridian PAL one of the best programs for youth.

Meridian PAL programs promote the development of all children by training our coaches to emphasize 3 key points: Effort over results, Learning, and bouncing back from Mistakes. These are the pillars of PCA Double Goal Coaches who teach kids the benefits of participating in team sports and the life lessons learned along the way.

Teams are formed by age group and in many cases 2 year age groups. PAL looks at buddy requests, coach requests, and school requests to form teams. Each team will have some variation in player age, schools, etc. Buddy requests, coach requests, and school choice are not guaranteed as we must balance to the best of our ability the size of each team. In most cases we will have a minimum and maximum number of players per team.

Meridian PAL does not offer Play Ups or Play Downs. Exceptions cannot be made for age group or any other requests.
