Meridian PAL Soccer is proud to be considered one of the foremost developmental recreational youth soccer programs in Idaho. Meridian PAL offers opportunities of soccer development to youth from Meridian, Kuna, Star, Eagle, and the Boise area and hosts games at one of the best soccer fields in the state, Heroes Park.
Meridian PAL Soccer welcomes all ranges of player experience to the beautiful soccer complex at Heroes Park (Meridian, ID near Ten Mile and Chinden), the exclusive home to Meridian PAL Soccer. Meridian PAL Soccer is open to youth athletes of all ages from tots (ages 3-4) through high school (U15-U18 co-ed) and focuses cultivation of the invaluable experiences of leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
Soccer Programs
- All coaches are volunteers
- Age groups are determined by the players age as of 8/31/20 (see age chart link below)
- Fall and Spring seasons only
- Play ups or Play downs are not permitted. Violations to this policy are subject to immediate dismissal from PAL
- Tots programs for U4 & U5 (Co-ed Teams for both U4 and U5)
- Rec program U6-U18 for boys and girls divisions
- U7
- U8
- U10
- U12 and U14 boys and girls age groups play teams play in Outback League with games at PAL fields and various other fields in Caldwell, Nampa, Star, and Middleton (see league rules under Game & Practice Info on right)
- U16 (may be combined with U18 upon final team and player registrations in the Outback League)
- U18 is a High School Co-ed Program with games vs PAL as well as other teams in the Valley.

Proof of Age: Meridian PAL reserves the right to require proof of age by birth certificate. Any player, parent, or coach violating Meridian PAL rules or code of conduct is subject to immediate dismissal from the league.
