* Returning players who currently have a blue/white reversible jersey may reuse it. If you need to order a new jersey, you can purchase it during checkout for an additional $25.
Meridian PAL reserves the right to close registration prior to posted dates without advance notice. To secure your place on a roster, it is recommended to register early.
Overview
We offer flag football development to youth in the Treasure Valley. Games will be held at Settlers Park in Meridian, ID. Practice day and time are chosen by the volunteer coach.
Flag Football Rules
Coaches and Players are responsible for knowing all of the rules in the handbook.
Football Size
U4-U6: Trophy Size
U7-H10: Peewee Size
U11-U12: Junior Size
U13+: Youth Size
Age Range
Meridian PAL welcomes all ranges of athlete experience. Meridian PAL flag football is open to youth athletes ages 3-17 and focuses on cultivation of leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
Coaches
All coaches are volunteers and will be background checked. Please consider volunteering to coach your child's team as a head coach, assistant coach, or team manager.

Referee pay is provided to approved PAL referees. All referees are paid through direct deposit.
