Meridian PAL prioritizes coach education; It is our goal to provide resources for coaches and parents in regarding youth safety, injury management, hydration, nutrition, and resources of when to seek help.

Concussions
Any athlete that has signs and symptoms of a concussion, it is important to remove the athlete from play and seek medical attention from a sports medicine specialist. St. Al's can assist with provider care and guidance for return to play.

St. Al's has created a call a Sports Medicine Ask an ATC phone number, where any coach, athlete, or parent can call and receive guidance from a certified athletic trainer on injuries.

Saint Alphonsus Sports Medicine is a team of physicians, certified athletic trainers, and physical therapists that work with many athletic organizations with the goal of keeping athletes doing what they love.
We want to help prioritize your injury care and get you back to doing what you do best! Saint Alphonsus sports medicine has experts that can help any Meridian PAL athlete with injuries, we understand that athletes need specialized and expedited care.
On Field Marketing
Saint Alphonsus will have marketing tents at the fields for most Saturday games. These marketing personnel are not medically trained but will have Band-Aids, sunscreen, and some ice available for minor injuries.
