Meridian PAL's mission is to provide fun and engaging opportunities for youth in Meridian and the Treasure Valley to play with friends, develop leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork, as well as be active and healthy. Meridian PAL baseball, cheer, flag football, and soccer are among the best youth sports programs available in the Treasure Valley.

Meridian PAL was founded in 1996. We are excited to celebrate our 30th year dedicated to serving the youth in our community.

Meridian PAL programs promote the development of all children by training our coaches to emphasize 3 key points: effort over results, learning, and bouncing back from mistakes. These are pillars of PCA Double Goal Coaches who teach kids the benefits of participating in team sports and the life lessons learned along the way.
