More than 25,000 Little League volunteers in Pennsylvania were asked, in an e-mail poll, “Do you believe Pennsylvania should pass a law banning non-wood bats from Little League through high school baseball and softball?” The survey
results overwhelmingly showed respondents were against proposed legislation that would make it a crime to use a non-wood bat in any youth baseball or softball game in the Commonwealth.
