The registration agreement is your acceptance of these terms. The Meridian Police Activities League (Meridian PAL) refund policy consists of the following:  
Refund requests will be honored with a full refund (minus the $3.00 website processing fee) up to the last day of regular registration of the sport you are requesting a refund. No refunds are issued after regular registration closes.

Refunds are not issued for any of the following situations:
Team Placement
Practice Time or Location
Game Time or Location

Meridian PAL teams are coached by parent volunteers and every attempt is made to build teams with at least one volunteer coach. Meridian PAL will be unable to move players to another team if the assigned team does not have a coach. Therefore it is necessary for all parents to consider coaching their child's team to ensure the kids have an opportunity to play. 


All refunds subject to approval by the Meridian Police Activities League Board of Directors.  Please send your request with Refund Request in the subject line to the refund email address. All requests must be in writing. Approved refunds will take approximately 3-4 weeks for processing.
