Welcome to Meridian PAL's newest sport, Tackle Football for the Spring 2012 season.  Will be a competitive league for ages 11-13 and 14-16.

Registration will be limited and only open for a short time.

• All registrants must attend a weigh-in session (see Important Dates link at the bottom of the page for dates and locations).  Each pre-registrant must show their School  ID card and a copy of a certified birth certificate.  Please register online and print the Certificate of Registration (confirmation copy) and take it with you.
   
• If you wish to PLAY-UP or PLAY-DOWN an age group, please complete the online registration, print and complete the Play-Up or Play-Down form.  Submit it to the PAL office (in person, scan/email, mail, fax) along with a copy of the Certificate of Registration within 7 DAYS of registering.  PAL cannot guarantee all requests will be honored, but every attempt will be made as long as the forms are completely filled out and submitted by January 21, 2012.
   
• Payment: Online Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard), mail-in check payable to Meridian PAL or stop by the PAL office and pay by check, credit card or cash.  ALL FEES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REGISTERING PLAYER ONLINE.
   
• Refund deadline: January 14, 2012.  NO refunds after this date.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Refunds will not be considered for unfavorable locations or scheduling conflicts.  A $25.00 PROCESSING FEE is assessed to all refunds. 

  In order to successfully submit your registration information, you must:

  1)  Complete all required information for each player.

  2)  Pay by Online Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or Mail-In Check.

  3)  PRINT the CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION page for your confirmation

  4)  COPY OF CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE
