Welcome to Meridian PAL Soccer Registration

 

Soccer registration for SPRING 2012 is closed.  To place child on a waitlist, please send email (office@meridianpal.org) to the PAL Office with child's name, date of birth, gender, preferred elementary school, parent's name and "anytime" phone number.


Below is information on the fees, the programme and ways, including on-line registration, to register for the season.

* Fees include pictures, uniform (for new players) & $10 usage fee collected by PAL and paid to Meridian Parks & Rec for Heroes Park.

  • Registration: October 15 thru December 15, 2011.
  • Late Registration: December 16, 2011 thru January 5, 2012. An additional $20.00 late fee per family will be assessed. All family members must register at the same time.
  • RETURNING TEAM PLAYER: Please check with you child’s Fall ’11 coach to see if coach/team is returning.  Player will wear same Fall ’11 uniform and receive a $10. discount.  If coach/team is not returning, register child as a new player and pay the “new player” fee.
  • NEW PLAYER: Player will order a new uniform and pay the “new player” fee.
  • REGISTER FOR SELECT: You must be on a returning team from Fall '11 or have attended try-outs. Contact the PAL Office for the try-out dates or checkout the Important Soccer Dates shown on the PAL Soccer home (LINK)

Meridian PAL is a volunteer based, non-profit organization.  We depend entirely on parents to be a head and assistant coach for their child's team.  For our volunteer coaches who want/need training, we offer training sessions with our Pro Coach, practice lession plans and license training classes.  Please consider being your child's coach as PAL and your child will greatly appreciate your efforts.  To register for a coaching position, please check the box at the bottom of the Certificate of Registration (your child's registration confirmation page) and then the Adult Participation Registration form will appear for you to complete.   • All players new to PAL or have not played with PAL during the past 12 months must submit a copy of a certified birth certificate to the PAL office either in person, email, mail or fax.
  • Payment: Online Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard), Mail-in Check payable to MERIDIAN PAL or you can stop by the PAL Office and pay by check, credit card or cash.  ALL FEES MUST BE PAID WITH 7 DAYS OF REGISTERING PLAYER ONLINE. If registering between January 3, 2012 and January 5, 2012 fees MUST be paid by January 9, 2012 - NO GRACE PERIOD.
  • Refund deadline: JANUARY 5, 2012. NO refunds after this date, NO EXCEPTIONS.  To be considered for a refund, parents must fill out a "Refund Requests" form (obtained from the PAL office) and submit it to the PAL Office no later than the above mentioned date.  Late fee is NOT refundable.  PLEASE NOTE:  Refunds are NOT considered for unfavorable practice locations or scheduling conflicts.  A $25.00 PROCESSING FEE is assessed to all refunds.  Additional fee such as uniform cost, etc. may also be applied.
  • If you wish to play with a BUDDY or PLAY-UP one age group, please complete your child's online registration and then complete the BUDDY or PLAY-UP form (found HERE).  Submit the form to PAL office (in person, email, mail, fax) along with the copy of the Certificate of Registration within 7 DAYS of registering. Forms MUST be completed by all players' parents.  PAL cannot guarantee all requests will be honored, but every attempt will be made as long as the forms are completed and submitted by JANUARY 5, 2012.

In order to successfully submit your registration information, you must:

  1. Complete all required information for each player.
  2. Pay by Online Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or Mail–In Check.
  3. PRINT the CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION page for your confirmation
  4. Submit needed: BIRTH CERTIFICATE, BUDDY FORM or PLAY–UP FORM to the PAL Office. 

Before you begin, ensure your computer and Web browser meet these two requirements:

  • Supported operating systems include: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X, Linux.
  • Supported browsers include: Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox 2.0, Safari 2.0 or newer.
