The player evaluations will be on 5/10 from 9:30–11:30 & 1–2:30. They are also being held on 5/13 from 6:30–8. Your child only needs to attend one of these evaluations. They are being held @The Meridian Assembly of God church, 1830 N. Linder Road.

(1) -- By 6:00 PM, the PAL office must have the HOCKEY REFUND and/or tha BUDDY FORM and/or the PLAY-UP FORM. ** No exceptions. (No refunds will be issued for undesirable practice locations or scheduling conflicts.)
(2) -- Need only to attend one session. (location: The Meridian Assembly of God church, 1830 N. Linder Road, in Meridian)
(3) -- Some coaches may not start participating this week. Coach decides location, day and time of practice.
Practices:
Players must provide:
skates, stick, gloves, elbow pads, supporter/cup, mouth guard, shin/knee pads, helmet (rental available).
