assessed. All family members must register at
the same time.
Meridian PAL is a volunteer based, non-profit organization; therefore, depending entirely on parents volunteering to coach (head or assistant) their child’s team. To register for a coaching position, please check the box at the bottom of the Certificate of Registration (your child’s registration confirmation page). This will take you to the Adult Participation Registration form to complete.
All players new to PAL or if not played in any of PAL sports within the past year, must submit a copy of a certified birth certificate to the PAL office within 7 days of registration. Submit either in person, email (office@meridianpal.org), fax (888-1506) or mail (250 N. Baltic Place, Suite A, Meridian, 83642).
If you wish to have a BUDDY or PLAY-UP an age group, please register online and then complete the Buddy or Play-Up form (found at the bottom of the page). Submit forms to PAL office along with a copy of the Certificate of Registration within 7 days of registration. The forms MUST be completed by all parties. PAL cannot guarantee all requests will be honored but every attempt will be made.
Payment: Online Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard) or Mail-In Check (you can mail-in check or stop by PAL Office and pay by check, credit card or cash). All fees must be paid within 7 DAYS of registering player online. If registering the week of March 12, 2012, payment must be received by March 19, 2012.
REFUND DEADLINE: March 15, 2012. No refunds after this date, NO EXCEPTIONS. To be considered for a refund, parents must fill out a “Refund Request” form (obtained from the PAL Office) and submit it to the PAL Office no later than the above mentioned date. Late fee is NOT refundable. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are NOT considered for unfavorable practice location or scheduling conflicts. A $25.00 processing fee is assessed to all refunds. Additional fees such as uniform cost, etc, may also be applied.

Thurs., Mar. 15 Late registration ends. Last day to submit BUDDY and PLAY-UP forms, request a REFUND.
NO refunds will be issued for undesirable practice locations or scheduling conflicts.
Fri, Mar. 16 Waitlist starts. Please contact the PAL office via email (office@meridianpal.org) with child’s name, date of birth, gender, preferred elementary school, parent’s name, home & cell phone numbers. Waitlist does not guarantee a slot on a team.
Sat., April 28 Coaches’ Day – MANDATORY MEETING FOR ALL COACHES.
Location and time will be advised via email. Coaches will then start contacting their players to let them know which team they are on and when practices will start. Please be patient as all coaches are volunteers.
Week of April 30 Practices can start for players. Coaches and players decide on the location, days and times of practices.
Week of May 21 Opening Day. Games are played at Heritage Middle School (4990 N. Meridian Rd, Meridian, between McMillan & Chinden). Approximately 10 games which will be played on weekday evenings and any time on Saturdays. NO Sunday games.
May 25 thru 28 Memorial Holiday – NO GAMES
Sat, June 9 Picture Day. Picture time/location will be advised
