Flag Football

  Welcome to Meridian PAL Football Registration

Spring 2012 Flag Football registration is now closed, due to max capacity.  

Fees include mandatory fundraiser/raffle tickets ($10).

• All players new to PAL must submit a copy of a certified birth certificate to the PAL office either in person, scan/email, mail, fax.
• If you wish to have a BUDDY or PLAY-UP (these forms at the bottom of this page under ATTACHMENTS) one age group, please complete the online registration and then print and complete the buddy or play-up form. Submit to PAL office (in person, scan/email, mail, fax) along with the copy of the Certificate of Registration within 7 DAYS of registering. The forms MUST be completed by all parties. PAL cannot guarantee all requests will be honored, but every attempt will be made as long as the forms are completely filled out and submitted by Jan 5th, 2012. These forms can be found at the bottom of the page.

• Payment: Online Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard) or Mail-in Check (you can mail in check or stop by PAL Office and pay by check, credit card or cash). ALL FEES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REGISTERING PLAYER ONLINE! 

• Refund deadline: Jan 12th 2012. NO refunds after this date, NO EXCEPTIONS. To be considered for a refund, parents must fill out a "Refund Requests" form (obtained from the PAL office) and submit it to the PAL Office no later than that above mentioned date. Late fee is NOT refundable. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are NOT considered for unfavorable practice location or scheduling conflicts. A $25.00 processing fee is assessed to all refunds. Additional fees, such as uniform cost, etc., may also be applied.

In order to successfully submit your registration information, you must:

1. Complete all required information for each player.

2. Pay by Online Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) or Mail-In Check.

3. PRINT the CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION page for your confirmation

4. Submit needed: BIRTH CERTIFICATE, BUDDY FORM or PLAY-UP FORM to the PAL OFFICE.

Do not use a Mac Computer to register online.
