KETTLEBELL classes are a full functional body work out with massive calorie burn. Kettlebells are a round weight with a handle. They have been used in Russia for hundreds of years. The average client burns
between 500-1000 calories in one hour. Your child will feel their muscles changing shape. This is a strength and cardio combo class. More information on registration form

YOGA is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Yoga helps connect the mind, body and spirit. This is done through poses or postures, each of which has special
physical benefits, and through breath and meditation. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina. Yoga students benefit from the practice of yoga by relieving stress, increasing body tone, balance and strength.
 
The classes are multi-level and appropriate for beginners to the more experienced. The style of yoga taught in the classes is Hatha Yoga with a vinyasa flows, which means the poses are linked to each other with the
