Meridian PAL Recreational Soccer began in 1996 with 200 players and a handful of teams. Today, the program offers both fall and spring seasons with more 1500 players per season. The Recreational program offers play beginning at age 3 in our Tots program as well as age divisions through high school.

The Recreational Soccer program is designed to be a fun place to play and learn soccer regardless of previous experience. If you are looking for a more competitive level of play consider Meridian PAL Select or Idaho Fury FC powered by Meridian PAL.

All teams in the Recreational program are coached by volunteers, often a parent of one of the players on the team. Teams are typically formed by age and by elementary school location.

All Meridian PAL soccer players are available to access additional soccer training programs through our Professional Training Staff led by Director of Coaching, Nicole Frank.
